Life Coaching in Bristol
Life coaching offers a calm, supportive space to pause, reflect and move forward with more clarity.
At e a s e in Bristol, Stella offers life coaching for people who feel ready for change, but may not yet know exactly what that change looks like. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain, or pulled in several directions. You may be navigating a life transition, rethinking your priorities, building confidence, or simply wanting to understand yourself better.
Life coaching is not about being told what to do. It is a collaborative process that helps you explore where you are now, what matters to you, what may be holding you back, and what small, realistic steps could help you move towards the life you want.
A Supportive Space To Think Clearly
Many people come to life coaching when they feel as though they are constantly busy, but not necessarily moving in the direction they want. Others come because something has shifted — in work, relationships, family life, health, confidence or identity — and they want help finding their footing again.
Stella’s approach is gentle, practical and person-centred. Sessions are designed to give you time to step away from day-to-day noise and look at things with more perspective.
Life coaching can support you with:
-
Feeling stuck or unsure about your next step
-
Building confidence and self-belief
-
Managing change or life transitions
-

-

What Happens In A Life Coaching Session?
Each session is led by you and shaped around what you want to explore.
Stella may ask thoughtful questions, reflect back patterns or themes, and help you look at situations from a different angle. The aim is to help you gain insight, understand your options and feel more able to make choices that feel right for you.
Life coaching is forward-looking, but it also recognises that past experiences, beliefs and habits can influence how we respond to the present. Sessions can help you notice these patterns with kindness, rather than criticism, and begin to choose what you want to carry forward.
You do not need to arrive with everything worked out. Many people begin coaching with only a general sense that something needs to change.
Life Coaching And Bowen Therapy
At e a s e, life coaching can be offered on its own or, where appropriate, alongside Bowen Therapy.
Some people find that combining talking support with gentle bodywork helps them feel more grounded and connected. Bowen Therapy can be used to support relaxation and nervous system regulation, while life coaching offers space to explore thoughts, emotions, choices and practical next steps.
There is no pressure to combine the two. Stella can discuss what feels most helpful for you.
Life Coaching For Change, Confidence And Self-Understanding
Life coaching can be particularly helpful if you are ready to make changes but feel held back by doubt, fear, overthinking or uncertainty.
Rather than pushing you towards quick answers, Stella helps you slow down enough to hear yourself more clearly. This can make it easier to recognise what you want, what you need, and what feels realistic in your current life.
Coaching can support meaningful change in a way that feels manageable, respectful and grounded.
