What is fascia-focused training?
Move your Fascia is a restorative and transformative fascia-focused training method that supports the body's innate ability to move with suppleness and flexibility.
By applying tools like soft balls, rollers and fascial movement techniques, this training is designed to soften unnecessary tension, restore mobility, expand intrinsic elasticity and integrate strength.
This work draws upon my experience as a manual therapist, and my training with the Moving Fascia® method.
I believe research on the human fascia is one of the most fascinating explorations of our century.
